RONALD E. DE SANTIS

72, of Cranston, passed away on January 16, 2011 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center in Providence. He was the husband of Elaine (Castore) DeSantis. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Elio and Mary (Brunetti) DeSantis. Ronald worked as a machinist for many years before his retirement. Besides his wife, he is survived by his son Ronald V. DeSantis of Warwick. Ronald was also the father of the late Laureen Beauchaine. He was the grandfather of Ronald T. DeSantis, Mia L. DeSantis, Christopher, Ray and Ashley Beauchaine. Ronald was also the brother of the late Theresa Georgio. His funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
