Ronald A. Fiske

56, of Scituate, passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at Miriam Hospital, Providence. He was the beloved husband of Michelle L. (Cruso) Fiske, Father of the late Robert Rebello Jr., Ashley Rebello, her fiancé John Knowles and grandfather of Isabella of Coventry. He was the son-in-law of Shirley Cruso and the late Joseph Cruso; brother-in- law of David and Joseph Cruso. He also leaves his godson Nicholas Colizza, best man/best friend Vin and Michaele Colizza, Mark and Elisa Horner.

Born in Warwick, he was a son of Ronald A. and Judith A. (Coombs) Fiske. Ronald is also survived by his dear sisters Christine Drumm and her husband Michael of Warwick, and Judy Fiske of Narragansett; niece and nephew Ashley Sousa and her husband Walter, Alec Derderian and his fiancée Marissa Burns.

Ronald was an Operating Engineer for Local #57 for thirty-four years “Ronnie” was hard working, compassionate, caring, loving, strong, and a Stewart for roughly 20 years. He loved his career. He was understanding, forgiving and funny. He loved his 56 chevy, car shows, oldies music, camping with his granddaughter, wife, and friends, talking on his phone, tinkering around with old things no one wanted (and made them work), he could fix anything! He was always there when you needed him whether you wanted him or not. You were a very fortunate person if Ronnie was your friend, he impacted many people inside and outside of work throughout his years and cared about all of them. He never saw the bad in people, the world was a better place with Ronnie in it. As Ronnie would say by the campfire “I LOVE YOU, MAN”

His funeral service will be held in the NARDOLILO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Saturday evening at 8:00 pm. VISITING HOURS will precede his service from 3:00 – 8:00 pm. Masks are required. Burial is private. In lieu of flowers, the family will accept donations.
