Ronald A. Aquilante, Sr.

55, of Cranston, passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2018 peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family.  He was the beloved husband of Jeanna (Hammond) Aquilante.  Born in Providence, he was a son of George M. Aquilante and the late Joan (Grover) Imondi.  Ronald worked as an independent contractor. He had a love and passion for visiting flea markets and yard sales.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his children Michelle Cormier and her husband Christopher of Smithfield, Ronald A. Aquilante, Jr. and his girlfriend Katie Cost of Coventry, Christopher Levasseur of Cranston, and Talya Aquilante of Cranston.  Mr. Aquilante was also the stepson of the late Joseph Imondi.  He was the brother of Joan Aquilante of Cranston, Brenda Gauthier and her husband Luis of West Warwick, George J. Aquilante of Stanley, NC, Michael Aquilante and his wife Eileen of Cranston, and the late Lisa Erice.  Ronald was the cherished grandfather of three.

His funeral will be held on Thursday at 9 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston at 10 a.m.  Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS: Wednesday 5-8 p.m.
