ROMEO NASCENZI
ROMEO NASCENZI, 90, of Phenix Ave., Cranston, passed away Monday, January 21, 2008 at West View Health Care Center in West Warwick.
He was the beloved husband of the late Elizabeth (Medici) Nascenzi.
Born in Providence, the son of the late Tito and Antonetta (Testa) Nascenzi, he resided in Cranston for the past 43 years.
Mr. Nascenzi was a machinist at Lessona Corporation for 20 years, before retiring. He was a WW-II Army Veteran and recipient of the Purple Heart.
He was the dear brother of Domenic Nascenzi of Cranston and the late Alice Angolano and Edward Nascenzi. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Thursday at 10 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church, Oaklawn Ave., Cranston.
Burial with Military Honors will be private.
Visiting hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
