Roland G. Henault 68, of Riverside Drive, Wakefield, died Monday, December 15, 2008, at Naples Community Hospital, Naples, FL. He was the husband of Emily H. (Piccirillo) Henault. They were married for forty-three years. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Raymond and Winifred (Brennan) Henault. Mr. Henault was a union painter, working from Union Local # 195, Providence, for twenty years until his retirement. He was also a self employed painter. Mr. Henault was an associate member of the FOP, Warwick and an avid Boston Red Sox and New England Patriot's Fan. Besides his wife he is survived by his children, Christine M. Taylor and her husband Michael of Charlestown, Lisa A. White and her husband Edward of South Kingstown, Roland G. Henault, Jr. and his wife Karen of Wake Forest, NC. He was the grandfather of Sarah and Justin Taylor, Sam, Sophie and Ben White, Cassidy and Alyssa Henault. Mr. Henault was the grandfather of the late Jake Henault. Roland was the brother of Jane Dean and her husband Joseph of North Kingstown and Elizabeth Jones and her husband James of Cranston. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral services on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. and may call at the Nardolillo Funeral Home, SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 1111 Boston Neck Road, Narragansett on Friday 5-9 p.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the "Jimmy Fund" C/O of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, 10 Brookline Place West, 6th Floor, Brookline, MA 02445-7266.
