66, of Warwick, passed away peacefully, on Friday, July 6, 2012 at home. He was the beloved husband of forty-one years to Marlene A. (Matusin) Dufault. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late P. Roland and Celia N. (Cinquegrana) Dufault. Roland was an assistant buyer for Raytheon Corporation for nineteen years before retiring in 1990. Roland was a US Army veteran. He was a fierce competitor on the baseball field, in the hockey rink, and was an avid golfer. His passion was spending time with his family. Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving children, Michele S. Phillips and her husband Christian of Cranston, Justin L. Dufault of Narragansett, and Brian L. Dufault of South Kingstown. He was the cherished grandfather of Peyton, Jenna, and Alicia Phillips. Roland was the brother of Stephen A. Dufault of West Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Veronica Chapel, 1035 Boston Neck Road (Rt.1A), Narragansett. VISITING HOURS Wednesday 5-7 p.m. in the Nardolillo Funeral Home, SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 1111 Boston Neck Road (Rt.1A), Narragansett. Interment will be private.
