Rocco Izzo, 90, of Plainfield Pike, Johnston died on Monday, April 14, 2008 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, No. Providence. A lifelong resident of Johnston he was the son of the late Vincenzo and Teresa ( Scungio ) Izzo. Mr. Izzo, along with his brother owned and operated Izzo Brothers Farm, in Johnston. He was a communicant of St. Rocco's Church, Johnston. His is survived by his companion of 25 years, Ruth Borders with whom he lived, his siblings, Filomena Ricci and Rose Crudale of Cranston, Ralph Izzo, Carlo Izzo, Dolores Pagano and Vincent Izzo all of Johnston . His funeral will be held on Wednesday at 8am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rocco's Church, Atwood Ave., Johnston at 9am. VISITING HOURS Tuesday 5-8pm. Burial will take place in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
