Robin E. (Spinney) D'Abrosca 54, of Jamestown, died Sunday, September 2, 2007 at Newport Hospital. She was the wife of Louis D'Abrosca. They were married for the past nine years. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Isabel (Patton) Spinney. Mrs. D'Abrosca was a waitress at Cowesett Inn in West Warwick for five years before her retirement. She volunteered for the Jamestown Medical Fund and was active in many civic functions. Mrs. D'Abrosca was an avid gardener, enjoyed flowers and animals, especially her two cats Bianco and Fellini. Besides her husband she is survived by one brother Robert Spinney of Cranston and three sisters, Linda Welsh of Pawtucket, Lori Miskiv of Pittsburgh, PA and Debra Spinney of Cranston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Nardolillo Funeral Home, SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 1111 Boston Neck Road, Narragansett, on Friday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mark's Church, 60 Narragansett Avenue, Jamestown.
