ROBERT B. SHEAR

Robert was a 1968 graduate of URI, where he later received his Masters Degree. He was a teacher in the Warwick School System for 32 years and worked at Warwick Vets High School where he was a Guidance Counselor, Class Advisor to the Class of 1981 and Girl's Varsity Soccer Coach. He was a member of Club Frontenac Golf League and active with the Joe Strauss Foundation, which supports MADD and Youth Soccer. He enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters, cooking gourmet meals, traveling and playing golf.

Besides his wife, he was the devoted father of Lauren N. Tucciarone and her husband Anthony of Providence and Benjamin A. Shear and his wife Denise of Westfield, MA; and was the loving grandfather of Hannah and Callie Shear.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Monday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Matthew's Church, 1291 Elmwood Ave., Cranston and may call at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Sunday 4-8 p.m. Inurnment will be at Highland Memorial Park Cemetery in Johnston at a later date.
