Robert N. Parascandolo

of Steere St., Johnston, passed away Monday, February 1, 2021 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence. He was the beloved husband of Karen L. (Meehan) Parascandolo.  Born in Providence, he was the devoted son of the late Michael and Mary (Fratiello) Parascandolo.

Robert was in the fishing industry for many years and was co-owner of N. Parascandolo & Sons, Inc.

Besides his wife Karen, he was the loving father of Georgina Geremia (Thomas) of North Smithfield and Robert N. Parascandolo, Jr. of Johnston; loving stepfather of Leah Afdasta of Cranston; cherished grandfather of Michael and Henry Geremia and Melina Saviano; and dear brother of Michael Parascandolo (Sandy) of Johnston and Nancy Ayton (Will) of Providence.

His Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday, February 10th at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church, 15 George Waterman Rd., Johnston, (seating will be limited, social distancing and masks required).  Burial at Highland Memorial Park, Johnston will be private.
