ROBERT F. LUCEY

Robert F. Lucey (Bob) died suddenly on July 16, 2012. Born in Malden, MA, to the late John T and Anna (McCarthy) Lucey. He is survived by his daughter Danielle and her fiancAC. Eric Lamy of Newburyport, MA; his son Michael of Burlington, VT; His former wife Mary (Gramatico) Lucey of Hingham, MA; his devoted companion Denise Siravo of Narragansett, RI; his brother John Lucey and family of Quincy, MA; and his sister Anna MacDonald & family of Wareham, MA. Bob was a graduate of the Class of 1971 from Boston College. He had a remarkable 40 year career in the financial services industry, holding several senior management positions with firms like Putnam Investments, Fidelity Investments, and Price Waterhouse. After his 16 years with Putnam where he was Chief Operating Officer, Bob "retired" to become an active entrepreneur, philanthropist and private investor. He was a former member of the board of trustees of Dean College, Thayer Academy, and the NSCC/DTC. Funeral services will be private. Donations in Bob's memory may be made to Angels on Horseback, P.O.
