Robert J. "Bob" D'Amico

ROBERT J. D’AMICO “BOB”, 87, of Atwood Ave., Johnston, passed away Thursday, March, 17, 2022 at Brentwood Nursing Home in Warwick.  He was the beloved husband of the late Judith F. (Corsi) D’Amico.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Alberto and Rosalia (Zandegiacomo) D’Amico.

Bob was a supply driver for Narragansett Electric Company for many years before retiring and served in the U.S. Army.

He was the devoted father of Donna M. Coppola and her husband Edward of Warwick and Robert A. D’Amico and his wife Anne of Cranston; cherished grandfather of Lauren E. Coppola and Bryan R. D’Amico; and loving companion of Katherine Hickey of Johnston.  Bob was the dear brother of the late Victoria, Albert, Henry, Alfred, Nicholas, Arthur and Carlo D’Amico.

His Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 25th at 10 a.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, Johnston, followed by inurnment with military honors at Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.  Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
