ROBERT M. COLALUCA

60, of Trout Brook Lane, Scituate, passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2012 at home surrounded by his loving family and friends.

Born in Providence, he was the son of Doris (Chaffee) Colaluca of Cranston and the late Anthony Colaluca.

Robert was a field supervisor for D&M Concrete of Fall River for many years. He was a member of Local #94, and a member of the Coventry-West Greenwich Elks Lodge #2285. In high school he was a competitive swimmer, specializing in butterfly & freestyle. His passion was for surfing, where he caught waves from the east coast to Hawaii. He played softball for ten years, and was a faithfull Boston Red Sox Fan. He enjoyed riding motorcycles & classic, American automobiles. Robert often played cards, billiards, and completed crosswords.

Besides his mother, he was the devoted father of Chelsea Colaluca of Scituate; loving brother of Deborah Malloy of Cranston; loving uncle of Casssidy and Madison Malloy; and dear nephew of Albert Colaluca and Jessica Notorantonio.

His funeral will be held on Saturday at 9:45 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Immaculate Conception Church, Oaklawn Ave., Cranston at 11 a.m.

Interment will be at St. Francis Cemetery in Pawtucket. VISITING HOURS are Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to:
