Robert F. Brown, Jr.

61, of San Diego, CA, formerly of Providence and Fort Lauderdale, FL, passed away peacefully at Holy Cross Hospital, Fort Lauderdale, FL. Born in Providence, he was the son of Robert F. Brown, Sr. and the late Anne Marie (Minicucci) Parker. Robert was an Executive Chef for various restaurants in the Florida area for twenty-five years before his retirement. He had a passion for food and creating meals for his family and friends. His plate presentations were works of art.

Robert is survived by his loving children, Sarah J. Gallagher and her husband Matthew of San Diego, CA, Jodi L. Camparone and her husband Jose Colon of West Palm Beach, FL, and Jamie L. Coppolino and her husband Gary of Long Island, NY. He was the cherished grandfather of Cristiano S. Gallagher. He was the nephew of Phyllis Boccanfuso of Warwick. Robert was the former husband and close friend of Virginia M. Cipolla of Port St. Lucie, FL.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, April 7, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. in Holy Ghost Church, 1 Knight Street, Providence. Burial will be private.
