RITA M. (ROSSI) PIMENTAL

RITA M. (ROSSI) PIMENTAL, 89, of Cheryl Dr., Johnston, passed away Tuesday October 13, 2009, at Cherry Hill Nursing Home, Johnston. She was the beloved wife of the late Domingo C. Pimental.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Amaral) Rossi, she lived in East Providence for many years and later in Cranston, before moving to Johnston in 1999. She was the devoted mother of Dennis D. Pimental and his wife Cheryl of Johnston, George Tetreault and his wife Paulette of Warwick, Richard Tetreault of Providence and the late Robert Tetreault. She was the loving grandmother of 9; great-grandmother of 11; and sister of Laura Letizia Martin of North Providence and the late Joseph Rossi, Mary Giorgi, Anna Bishop and Alice Manfredi. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Monday 9:00 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mark's Church, Garden City, Cranston at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
