Rita L. Palumbo

of Narragansett, formerly of Cranston, passed away Thursday, November 29, 2018.  She was the beloved wife of the late Lorenzo F. Palumbo.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Delphina (Bellaire) Moquin.

Rita was an x-ray transporter at RI Hospital for many years retiring in 1997.

She was the devoted mother of Barry L. Palumbo of Narragansett; cherished grandmother of Michael Palumbo and his wife Sari of Warwick; loving great-grandmother of Skylar R. Palumbo; and dear sister of the late Alfred Moquin, Beatrice Demers, Florence Fandetti, Rose Howarth, Irene Butler and Mina Hafferty.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 4th at 11 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by burial at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are TUESDAY MORNING from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.  Kindy omit flowers.
