RICHARD S. RUDZINSKI

Richard S. Rudzinski 84, of Greenwich Ave. Warwick, RI passed away Tuesday June 2, 2009 at RI Hospital in Providence. He was the beloved husband of Jean (Roy) Rudzinski. Born in Worcester, MA a son of the late Joseph and Stella (Gawczynska) Rudzinski. Mr. Rudzinski was the former owner and operator of the Van Scoy Diamonds. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, an avid golfer and football fan. He loved the New England Patriots. Richard was also a WW II United States Marine. Besides his wife Jean, he is survived by his loving daughters, Donna Corna of CT, Paula McRell of MA, and Beth Benson of MA. He was the cherished grandfather of 9, great grandfather of 3, and was the brother of Jean Kelosis of MA. His funeral will be held on Friday at 9:30 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave. Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am in Immaculate Conception Church Oaklawn Ave., Cranston. Burial will be in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter, RI. VISITING HOURS; Friday Morning 8-9:30 am. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a Charity of Choice in the name of Richard S.
