Richard E Homer

RICHARD E. HOMER. went home to be with the Lord on September 30, 2023, a few weeks after his 80th birthday. He was the loving husband of Claire Homer for over twenty years.

His parents were Charles Homer and Ella Tripodi. He lived in Pawtucket for most of his life. Richard loved the Red Sox, Patriots and lemon meringue pie. Richard leaves his cherished daughters, Lori Fontes and Ann Homer as well as his stepsons, Burt Plamondon and Kris Plamondon. Richard was preceded in death by his daughters, Holly Homer and Barbara Jeanne Homer and his brother Charles Homer. He also leaves his loving sister, Barbara Buchanan. He will also be fondly remembered by his life partner of fourteen years, Susan Zuba. Richard adored her two grandchildren Gabriella and Noelle. In addition, Richard is survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday October 14 at Epworth United Methodist Church at 915 Newport Avenue in Pawtucket, RI at 11:00.
