Richard P. D'Ambra

79, of Providence passed away on Monday January 25, 2021 at home. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Nicholas and Virginia (Carpinata) D’Ambra. Richard was a foreman in the Sanitation Department for the City of Providence for many years before retiring.

He was the devoted father of Francesca D’Ambra of CT, Karen D’Ambra of Providence, Richard D’Ambra of Scituate and Christine D’Ambra of North Providence, loving grandfather of six and loving great-grandfather of four.

He was the dear brother of Deborah D’Ambra of Providence and the late Ralph D’Ambra and Diane D’Ambra.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 10 a.m. in Holy Ghost Church, 1 Knight Street Providence.
