RICHARD A. ALBANESE

Richard was the former owner of two gas stations and later worked for the State of RI, Department of Corrections as an instructor of auto body repairs before retiring and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

Besides his wife, he was the devoted father of Laura J. Albanese and Roseann Reo and her husband Mark, all of Cranston; loving grandfather of Tayla and Richard Reo; and dear brother of the late Ralph Albanese.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Monday at 9:45 a.m., followed by a Funeral Service in Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church, 402 Broadway, Providence at 11 a.m. Interment with military honors will be at North Burial Ground Cemetery in Providence. VISITING HOURS are Sunday from 4-8 p.m.
