Rena M. (Branca) Catoni

Rena M. Catoni, 43, of Providence, passed away Sunday, February 11, 2024. Born in Providence, she will always be the beloved daughter of Joseph J. and Margaret (Freitas) Branca and beloved wife of Jason R. Catoni.

Rena brought joy to everyone she met. She was kind-hearted, generous, and cared deeply for her children and family. Rena was the type of person who would do anything for you, especially her children, whom she adored. When Rena was around children, especially her nieces, she could light up their faces and make them smile and laugh like no other person could. She truly was a beautiful soul and a gift from God to her family and friends, and she will be deeply missed forever.

She will always be the cherished mother of Giana A. Catoni and Giovani J. Catoni. She will always be the beloved sister of Joseph M. Branca and Michael J. Branca.

Her funeral will leave at 10:15 am on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston. Followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 21 Traverse Street, Providence. Burial will be private. VISITING HOURS will be held Tuesday from 4:00 – 7:00 pm. KINDLY omit flowers.
