REMO 'RAY' DI BIASIO

59, of North Providence, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 22, 2012 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, North Providence. He was the beloved husband of Patricia A. Votolato. They were married July 21, 2012. Born in Roccomonfina, Caserta, Italy, he was a son of the late Luigi and Assunta (DiDino) DiBiasio. Ray was a jewelry designer, and former owner of Kara Jewelry Company of Pawtucket for twenty years before his retirement. He was an avid golfer and member of Louisquisset Country Club.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Stephanie DiBiasio and Valerie DiBiasio, three step-sons, Jason Votolato of Smithfield, Joel Votolato and Jeremy Votolato, both of Pawtucket. He was the cherished grandfather of seven. Ray was the brother of Maria Macera of Scituate, Michael DiBiasio of Johnston, Livia Samos and Ada Romanelli, both of Providence, and Ortensia DiBiasio of Providence, and the late John DiBiasio.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Holy Ghost Church, 1 Knight Street, Providence. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Wednesday 4-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, Founders Affiliate, P.O.
