RAYMOND L. VOTTO, SR

85, of Cranston, passed away on Friday, March 23, 2012 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice In-Patient Center in Providence. He was the beloved husband of the late Carmela "Carmel" (Bruno) Votto. He was born in Providence, a son of the late Anthony and Albina (Golini) Votto. Mr. Votto was a Diesel Mechanic for M.A. Gammino Construction and was also a WW II Army Air Corps veteran. He is survived by his loving children, Raymond L. Votto, Jr. and his wife Vicki of Cranston, Mark Votto and his wife Maria of NH and Cynthia Votto of Coventry. He was also the cherished grandfather of Matthew and Lindsay Votto, Alexis and Ashlen Gianforcaro, Michael, Jordan and Alyssa Votto, great grandfather of Ethan. Raymond was also the brother of William Votto of Cranston and the late Pasco and Edmund Votto. His funeral will be held on Monday at 10 from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in St. Rocco's Church, Atwood Ave., Johnston. Burial with military honors will be held in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Monday morning 9-10 am.
