RAYMOND H. PROVENCAL

74, of Cranston, passed away on Friday June 15, 2012 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. He was the beloved husband of Carol (DesGrangers) Provencal. Born in Fall River, MA he was the son of the late Sylva and Anna (Gaudreau) Provencal. Raymond was the owner & operator of A&R Auto Sales for many years before his retirement.

Besides his wife he was the devoted father of Debra Provencal of Cranston, Lori Papi of Cranston and Linda McWeeney and her husband Mark of Warwick; loving grandfather of Melissa Zarone and her husband Orlando, Michael Taraksian, Justin and Gian Ranucci, loving great-grandfather of Madison, Dylan and Nathan. He was the dear brother of the late Norman, Rene and Leo Provencal, Doris Rathbun, Mary Angel Trembley and Estelle Izzo.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 10 a.m. at Holy Apostles Church, 800 Pippin Orchard Rd. Cranston and may call at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Burial will be private.
