Raymond J. Halligan 77, of Georgia Avenue, North Kingstown, died Wednesday, September 5, 2007, at South County Hospital, Wakefield. He was the husband of Gloria N. (Ragosta) Halligan. They would have been married fifty-three years this month. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Ernest and Margaret (Moan) Halligan. Mr. Halligan was a purchaser for Dracor Corporation in Warwick before his retirement in 1991. He resided at his present address for the past twenty-eight years. He was a US Army veteran serving during the Korean War Era. Besides his wife he is survived by one brother William Halligan of Naples, FL and was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
