85, of Ocala, Fl, a former Cranston resident for 60 years, passed away on Thursday July 7, 2011 at the James A Haley Veterans Hospital He was the husband of Louise (D'Orsi) Guastini. Born in Bruceton, PA, he was a son of the late Aldo and Julia (Pellegrini) Guastini. Mr. Guastini was a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service for over 17 years. He was the owner-operator of the former Fashion Lace Inc., of Coventry for 20 years. Raymond was a Navy Veteran of WW-II. He was a member of the Moose Club of Fl, and was a 4th Degree Knight and member of Bouffard Council Knights of Columbus, North Providence.a�� Besides his wife he is survived by one son: James A. Guastini and Daughter in-law Brenda L.Guastini of Ocala, FL., Step Granddaughter Crystal M.Gilo of Cranston.Two brothers: Robert P. Guastini of Coventry and the Late Leno J. Guastini of Nova Scotia, Canada. His funeral will be held on Monday at 9:00 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian burial in St. Mary's Church 1525 Cranston Street, Cranston at 10:00 am. Burial, with military honors, will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Coventry. VISITING HOURS Sunday 4-p.m.8-p.m..
