Raymond A. Galasso

87, of North Scituate, passed away on Saturday, May 29, 2021, at Morgan Health Center in Johnston.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Domenic Galasso, Proprietor of Laurel Hill Cab, Co., and Pasqualina “Bessie” (Pezzullo) Galasso.  Mr. Galasso worked for the family business as a taxi and limousine driver for 30 years.  He was a member of Saint Joseph’s Parish, North Scituate.  He was the brother of the late Frank Galasso and Anthony Galasso, formerly of Cranston, Domenic “Tommy” Galasso, Jr., formerly of Smithfield, Etta Galasso and Rose Cianci, formerly of North Scituate, and Margaret Ferretti and Pauline Pilozzi, formerly of Johnston.  He will be remembered throughout his life as a kind and gentle man who was devoted to his family and later in life, became a loving caregiver to his aging sisters.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston. Burial will be held in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Johnston. VISITING HOURS will be held on Thursday MORNING from 10-11 a.m.
