A graduate of Cranston High School, Mr. Miozza was the former owner of R. Miozza & Son Dental Lab, Inc. He was a Certified Dental Technician for over 25 years, retiring after 44 years as a lab technician. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War; a past member of the 445th General Hospital Army Reserves; and a past member of Cranston League Cranston Future where he coached hockey.
Besides his wife, he was the devoted father of Michael Miozza and Robert Miozza, both of Cranston, Ralph R. Miozza, Jr. of Foster, Jeanne Le Clair of North Scituate, Charlene Sherman of Cranston and Gary Costantino of Somerset, MA; dear brother of Mary Kennedy of North Providence; loving grandfather of eleven; and loving great-grandfather of three.
His funeral will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston at 11a.m. Interment with Military Honors will be at St. Ann Cemetery in Cranston. VISITING HOURS WEDNESDAY MORNING 8-10 a.m.
