RALPH LAURO, 83, of Eagle Rd., Cranston, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2008 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in North Providence. He was the beloved husband for 57 years of Antonetta "Anne" (Loffredo) Lauro.
Born in Providence a son of the late Thomas and Theresa (Laurenza) Lauro, he and his family moved to Cranston in 1979.
Mr. Lauro was a warehouseman for 35 years at Davol, Inc. in Cranston, retiring in 1986. He enjoyed walking, polishing his car and bowling with the Seniors at Lang's in Cranston.
Besides his wife he was the devoted father of Ralph Lauro, Jr. and Petrina T. Lauro, both of Cranston; brother of Ida Andriole of Cranston and the late Carmella Infantolino, Frank and Anthony Lauro; and loving uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston Monday at 8:00 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Bartholomew's Church, Laurel Hill Ave., Providence at 9:00 a.m.
Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
