Ralph Bove

98, of Warwick, passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at Kent Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of the late Evelyn R. (Golato) Bove. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Francisco and Speranza “Hope” (Graziano) Bove.

Ralph was a US Army Veteran serving in World War II, fighting in the Battle of the Bulge. He was a proud veteran and attended annual reunions with his Army brethren. He was the founder and President of Warwick Painting Company, Inc. operating it along with his three sons.  Ralph was also a Past President of the RI PDCA.   After retirement, he and his wife enjoyed spending their winters in Florida.

Ralph is survived by his loving children, Robert A. Bove and his wife Doris of Warwick, Richard F. Bove and his wife Jane of Warwick, Dennis L. Bove and his wife Patricia of Cranston, and Janet H. D’Andrea and her husband Alfred of Cranston; cherished grandchildren, Gina Tarini, Lisa Baldelli, Stephanie Lanoie, Jessica Cady, Katie Furney, Dennis Bove Jr., Jennifer Kelly and Rochelle Messa. He was the great-grandfather of nineteen. Ralph is pre-deceased by his dear siblings, Etta Forcina, Mary Terenzi and Ida D’Amore.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday at 10:00 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in St. Kevin’s Church, Warwick. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be held on Monday morning from 8:30 – 10:00 am.
