RAFIK MKRTCHIAN
RAFIK MKRTCHIAN, 60, of Rounds Ave., Providence, RI, passed away Thursday, March 11, 2010. He was the beloved husband for 33 years of Vera (Faryan) Mkrtchian. Born in Bzhni, Armenia he was the son of the late Gevorg and Varsenik (Ayvazyan) Mkrtchyan.
Rafik was a jewelry designer for many years.
Besides his wife, he was the devoted father of Mickayel "Mike" and Gago Mkrtchian, both of Providence, RI and dear brother of Derenik, Seda, Armenouhi and Anahit Mkrtchyan, all of Yerevan, Armenia and the late Maxim Mikayelyan and Makrouhi Mkrtchyan.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service Monday at 11 a.m. in Sts. Sahag & Mesrob Armenian Church, 70 Jefferson St., Providence, RI and may call at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, RI on Sunday 5-8 p.m. Interment will be at North Burial Ground in Providence, RI.
