Raffaele Maggiacomo

82, formerly of Cranston, and of Fort Lauderdale, FL, passed away on Thursday, October 7, 2021 in Holy Cross Hospital, FL. He was the beloved husband of Francesca (Zuena) Maggiacomo for 62 years. Born in Itri, Italy, he was the son of the late Francesco and Maria Civita (Agresti) Maggiacomo. Mr. Maggiacomo was a plumber and electrician for 32 years before retiring.

Besides his wife Francesca, he is survived by his loving children, Frank Maggiacomo, MD and his partner John Metz of North Kingstown, and Deborah Vernaglia and her husband Anthony of North Attleboro, MA. He was the cherished grandfather of Zachary and Amanda Lewis.

His funeral services are respectfully private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Catholic Hospice, 14875 NW 77th Avenue, Suite 100, Miami Lakes, FL 33014. Visiting hours are kindly omitted.
