PRUDENCE (BIANCA) BRIGGS

Prudence (Bianca) Briggs 96, of Smithfield previously of Providence for many years, passed away on Sunday January 10, 2010. She was the beloved wife of the late James Briggs. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Giovanni and Carmella (Rossi) Bianca. Prudence was employed at the former Uniroyal Company. She is survived by many nieces and nephews, and was the sister of the late Salvatore, Carmino, Marcellino and Luigi Bianca, and Mary Lupo. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 10 am in St. Anthony's Church, Plainfield St. Providence. Entombment will be in St. Ann's Cemetery Mausoleum, Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
