Pierino DeVincenzis

91, of Providence passed away Saturday July 9, 2022 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Rose (Lupoli) DeVincenzis for 63 years.

Born in Pontecorvo, Italy he was the son of the late Vincenzo and Emilia (Colardo) DeVincenzis. Pierino, owner of Vincent DeVincenzis & Co. was a Master Mason responsible for many landmarks here in RI. Pierino loved his gardening and hunting but especially loved his children and grandchildren

Besides his wife he was the devoted father of Emilia Nocera and her husband Gaetano, Vincent DeVincenzis and Claudia Bridges and her husband Rex; loving grandfather of Francesco Nocera, Talia DeVincenzis, Gabriella DeVincenzis, Taylor Bridges and Tanner Bridges. He was the loving brother of Concetta Igetti, Rosina Celseti and her husband Damosi, Anna Celseti, Maria Leamy, Lucy Loppo, and the late Elsa Maglione and Iolanda Trombetta. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday July 14, 2022 at 11 am in St. Bartholomew’s Church Laurel Hill Ave. Providence. Burial will be private.
