Phanny Tik

72, of Providence, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, on Friday, December 16, 2022. Born in Cambodia, sought refuge from the Khmer Rouge and made Rhode Island her home in 1982. She is the beloved wife of Im Ouk for fifty-two years. Phanny is survived by her loving children, Jenny Phanna Benedict, Phanneth Ouk, Srey Roth Ouk-Siamphone, Sreyry Schaerdel, Elizabeth Ouk, Tony Ouk, Angela Ouk, and Julie Ouk. She will be forever cherished by her grandchildren, Kenneth, Sarena, Jazmine, Nore, Dexter, Derek, Deven, Aria, Anayah, Eva, and Pisey. She will always be remembered for her kindness and generosity to everyone she meets. She had the most distinctive laugh that filled the whole room with happiness. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 21st, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. in the Nardolillo Funeral Home and Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston. Burial is kindly omitted.
