PETER GIGLIOTTI, SR
Peter Gigliotti, Sr., 85, of Longue Vue Avenue, North Providence, died Thursday, June 4, 2009 at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. He was the husband of Carol J. (Humphrey) Gigliotti. They were married for forty-eight years. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Raffaele G. and Emilia (Pelagalli) Gigliotti.
Mr. Gigliotti was the owner of Ralph and Sons Auto Body and Auto Sales for over sixty years. Besides his wife he is survived by his children Peter Gigliotti, Jr. and his wife Isabella, Janet E. Leonardo and her husband Peter, Matilda Gigliotti all of North Providence and Ralph A Gigliotti and his wife Trinette of Lincoln. He was the grandfather of Stefano, Joseph, Nicole, Danielle, Gianna, Dante and Gian. Peter was the brother of the late Ralph G. Gigliotti. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1742 Atwood Avenue, Johnston. Burial will be private. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2821 Route 22, Patterson, NY 12563.
