Peter P. Costa, Sr.

of Cranston, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2025, at the age of 80. He was the beloved husband of Marie (Santopadre) Costa.

Peter was a devoted husband, father and papa who was always there for his family. He had a lifelong career as a licensed insurance adjuster, where he not only earned the trust and respect of his colleagues and clients but also served as a mentor to many in the industry. Peter was a kind and selfless person who would do anything for anyone. Peter’s greatest joy was his family and was a source of unwavering support and unconditional love.

Besides his wife Marie, he is survived by his mother-in-law, Marie Santopadre. He is also survived by his loving children, Lindsey Tanner and her husband Ryan, Michael Teixeira, Julie Teixeira, and Tracy Teixeira. He was the cherished grandfather of Lily Tanner.

Peter’s legacy lives on in the hearts of his family and friends, who will miss him deeply.

VISITING HOURS will be held in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday, April 7, 2025 from 10:00am- 11:00am. His funeral service will begin at 11:00am. Burial is private.
