PETER "POPO" A. CINIERI

Peter "Popo" A. Cinieri Sr. 89, of Perkins St. Warwick, passed away Tuesday August 5, 2008 at the Morgan Health Center, Johnston. He was the beloved husband of Carolina (DeSimone) Cinieri. They were married 67 years. He was born in Providence a son of the late Pietro A. and Katherine (DiBona) Cinieri. Peter was a polisher at the Leesona Corporation for 45 years and was a WW II Army veteran. Besides his wife he is survived by his loving children, Peter A. Cinieri Jr. of FL, Richard D. Cinieri of Warwick, and Cheryl A. Bock of Cranston. He was the cherished grandfather of 4, great grandfather of 2, and brother of the late Alfred Ciniero, John Ruscetta, John Ruscetti and Elizabeth Gelfuso. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 10 am in St. Mary's Church Cranston St. Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery Cranston. Visiting hours and flowers are respectfully omitted. Arrangements by the Nardolillo Funeral Home.
