79, of Providence, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, January 24, 2021. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Edmund and Delia (Leveille) Vanner. Pauline was an administrative assistant for the Providence Journal for 42 years before retiring in 2003. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her loving sister Alma Miller and her husband Fred of Cranston, and the late Mary Ouimette. She leaves behind her three loving nieces Janice Shaker and Kelly Miller (her two goddaughters), Sharon Morin, her two loving nephews Steven Ouimette and Ian Miller. Pauline also leaves behind her two grandnieces, three grandnephews, two great-nieces, two great-nephews and her lifelong friend Claudette Bordeleau.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 30th, at 10:00 a.m. in St. George Maronite Church, 1493 Cranston St., Cranston. SEATING WILL BE LIMITED. Masks are required and social distancing will be observed. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Scruffy Paws Animal Rescue, 2944 Post Road, Warwick, RI 02886.
