Paul M. Tavares

40, of Cumberland passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2018. Born in Providence, he was the loving son of Paul R. Tavares of Wimauma, FL and Pamela (Vital) Tavares-Turner of Locust Grove, GA. Paul most recently worked as an officer and financial advisor at Citizens Bank. He was a US air national guard and air force reserve veteran, serving during the Afghanistan war. Paul was an avid Pearl Jam and New England Patriots fan. He enjoyed flying and was a private pilot for many years. Paul loved his friends and family especially his children.

He is survived by his two children, Jace Paul and Gabriella Valentina Tavares and his significant other Jenni Barrette all of Cumberland. He was the cherished brother of Erica Adams of Locust Grove, GA. He was the loving step-son of Carol (Bianchi) Tavares and Richard L. Turner.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Home Service on Monday, October 29, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: SUNDAY from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Burial with military honors will take place in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
