PAUL RICHARD SACCOCCIO

72, of Johnston, passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at Miriam Hospital, Providence. He was the husband of Barbara (Parascandolo) Saccoccio. They would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this Saturday. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Salvatore and Anna (Graziano) Saccoccio. Paul worked as a computer programmer with various RI businesses for over 40 years prior to his retirement. He was a member of the RI National Guard and a member at the Rosario Club for over 50 years. He is survived by his children: Cheryl Franklin and her husband Peter of Montgomery, Texas and Kerri Duffy and her fiancAC.e Richard Integlia of Johnston. He was the cherished Papa of Joseph Jacavone, Robert & Matthew Franklin, Abigail Duffy, and great-grandfather of Joseph Kyle Jacavone. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 9:00am in St. Rocco's Church, 927 Atwood Avenue, Johnston. Interment will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
