Paul D. Fera Sr.

80, of Providence, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 23, 2020, at Cherry Hill Manor, Johnston. He was the beloved husband of Janina (Callahan) Fera for 28 years. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Alfred and Frances (Grande) Fera. Mr. Fera was a driver for Emery World Wide for many years before retiring. He enjoyed sports especially baseball.

Paul is survived by his loving children, Donna DiTraglia and her husband John of Johnston, Paul Fera Jr., and his wife Christine of Cranston, Robert Fera of Johnston and David Fera and his wife Christine of Cranston. Paul was predeceased by his two stepchildren, Shannon Sipe and Sean Barker. He was the cherished grandfather of Kaitlyn, Andrew, Stephanie, Joseph, Elizabeth, Cameron, Nicholas, Hannah, Tobey, Ryan and Ian. Paul was the brother of the late Elaine Fera.

Mr. Fera’s funeral service is respectfully private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Mary’s Church Memorial Society, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston, RI 02920.
