Paul E. Audette

91, of Providence, passed away peacefully at home on November 11, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.  He was the husband of the late Marjorie (Fregeole) Audette.

Born in Central Falls, he was a son of the late Alexander and Maryann (Croteau) Audette.

Paul was the owner of Mother’s Home Style Catering for forty years.  He later worked in property management for Providence Metallizing before retiring.

He was very active in various civic organizations.  He was inducted into the Pawtucket Hall of Fame and the Woonsocket French-Canadian Hall of Fame and was also a member of the Pawtucket Rotary.

He leaves four children, Elaine P. Audette-DeCaporale of Clearwater, FL, Michael P. Audette of Providence; Christine “Tina” Audette of Providence and Cheryl Fleming of Providence; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a great, great-granddaughter. three surviving siblings, Rachel Czerwonka of Naples, FL, Theresa Kopanski of Lincoln and Gerald Audette of Cumberland. He was the brother of the late Irene Pearson, Jean Paesano, Morris Audette, Yvonne Careful, Dolores Brady, Robert Audette, Norman Audette, Cecelia Bruzzi, Arlene Charron and Patricia Mancini.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 11am in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence.  VISITING HOURS Friday from 4-8pm in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
