PASQUALE GRIECO

81, of Oaklawn Ave., Cranston, passed away Sunday, March 27, 2011 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. He was the beloved husband of Anna Maria (Tromba) Grieco. Born in East Boston, MA, he was the son of the late Lorenzo and Teresa (Capizano) Grieco.

Mr. Grieco was a dispatcher for the City of Providence for 25 years before retiring, and was a member of the City of Providence Pension Board. He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Besides his wife, he was the dear brother of Lawrence Grieco of Johnston, Lillian Lanzieri of Providence and the late Antonetta Palma, Lucy Kamis, Anna Rogers, Rose Renza, Edith Prignano and Norma Loporchio. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston, followed by interment at St. Ann Cemetery in Cranston.
