Pasquale A. Fiore, 83 of Providence passed away peacefully Friday June 23, 2023, with his family by his side. Born in Providence he was the son of the late Gulio and Giovanna (Ivarone) Fiore. He was the beloved husband of Carol (Fonseca) Fiore.

Pasquale grew up in Federal Hill neighborhood once he completed High School then went on to proudly served his country for over 20 years in the US Army Reserves, serving overseas during the Vietnam War. He was the Superintendent of the Sewer Department for the City of Providence. After his retirement he and his wife Carol, relocated to Florida.  He was a member of the Son’s of Italy, and the Knight’s of Colombus. He was active in his church and volunteered for meals on wheels.

Besides his wife he is survived by his children Sylvia M. Fiore, and David W. Fiore both of Providence. He was the beloved grandfather of Terence J. Riess, II and Nicole Fiore. He was the great grandfather of Luna Lue Reiss. He was the brother of the late Richard Fiore and John Fiore.

Family and Friends are invited to attend VISTING HOURS on Friday June 30, 2023, from 11:00 am – 12:00pm at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, RI. Followed by committal prayers at Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 301 South County Trail, Exeter. In lieu of flowers donation can be made to Operation Stand Down, 1010 Hartford Ave., Unit 1, Johnston, RI 02919.
