"Pat "Casino, 91, of the Knightsville Manor, Briggs St., Cranston passed away on Monday, August 23, 2010 at the Jane Brown Unit of RI Hospital, Providence. He was the husband of the late Nancy J. (DeCara) Casino. He was born in Providence a son of the late Potito and Maria (Veno) Casino. Mr. Casino was a supervisor employed by the former Ward Baking Co. until his retirement. He was a WW II Army Veteran. He was the father of Robert J. Casino of West Kingston and Dolores G. Sprague of Lebanon, Ohio, formally of Cranston and the late Dennis F. Casino. He was the grandfather of Lisa A. Lancellotta who he raised and she loved like a father, his grandson David D. Sprague and also survived by 2 other granddaughters and 3 great granddaughters. He was the brother of Marie Beliveau of Lincoln, Gloria DeAngelis of Cranston and the late Theresa Chappron, Rose Carcatara and Anne Turchetta. His funeral will be held on Friday at 10am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, Cranston St., Cranston at 11am. Burial, with military honors, will take place in St. Francis Cemetery, Wakefield. VISITING HOURS FRIDAY MORNING 9-10am.
