85, of Johnston passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at home. He was the beloved husband of fifty-six years to Filomena "Phyllis" (Paolucci) DeGiulio. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Paride and Sofia (Gliottone) DeGiulio. Pat was a systems analyst for the former Uniroyal Company of Providence, Kenney Manufacturing of Warwick, and A.T. Cross Inc. of Lincoln for many years before his retirement. He was a member of the San Bernardo Society and St. Mary's Feast Society. He was a US Navy veteran serving during the Korean War era. Pat enjoyed surrounding himself with family and friends, cultivating his gardens and volunteering at the St. Robert Bellarmine Food Shelf. Besides his wife he is survived by his loving children, Patricia DeGiulio and her husband David Titelbaum of Norwell, MA, William DeGiulio and his wife Theresa of Longmeadow, MA, Paride DeGiulio and his wife Gail of Bellevue, WA, Lynne Pazienza and her husband Frank of Saunderstown, and Lisa DeGiulio of Cranston. Pat was the cherished grandfather of Justin, Danielle, Adam, Stephanie, Nicholas, Brianna, Dylan, Alysse, Alexander, Matthew, and Laura, and the great-grandfather of six. He was the brother of Pasco DeGiulio of Warwick, Anna Gianfrocco of North Providence, Yolanda Giustini of Cranston, Theresa Capuano of FL, and the late Joseph, Nicholas, and Anthony DeGiulio. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Tuesday at 8:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1804 Atwood Avenue, Johnston. Entombment will be in Highland Memorial Park Mausoleum, Johnston.
