age 62, of Providence, passed away unexpectedly in his home on December 6, 2020.
He was born to the late Khamsing and Khamouck Saysithideth in the small town of Savannakhet, Laos. He migrated to the United States in 1981 and attended a job corp technical school then continued his academic career at the Community College of Rhode Island and New England Tech. He worked as a machinist until his time of retirement and left a lasting impression amongst his colleagues and superiors. Academics came easily to him but his passion was for music. Alongside his close friends he would perform in several events and gatherings as the bassist and lead vocalist. His music abilities remain a fond memory to all who knew him.
In 1986 Outtama married his wife Manivanh Thepmanivong and gave birth to three beautiful and healthy children: Alex, Bryant and Aline.
Each day he worked hard to provide for his family and raised his children to be grateful for everything they had while selflessly giving everything he could. Outtama and Manivanh worked hard to cultivate a loving home environment for their children and have taught them the importance of family.
Even in his passing, he has brought his family and friends together to live in his memories and celebrate the life he lead. May his soul rest peacefully and may we never forget his playful smile/personality that we all loved dearly.
