86, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 7, 2020. He was the beloved husband of Annette (Taillon) Giansanti. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Orlando and Vincenza (Caliccia) Giansanti.
Orlando worked at Rosbro Plastics in Pawtucket, RI for 50 years and the Silver Lake Community Center before his retirement. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus 3rd Degree and Church Director of Hope Council #398, Knights of Columbus 4th Degree, Captain of the Guard, Hendricken Assembly, and the St. Bartholomew’s Holy Name Society.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving daughter Maria Giansanti-Barone of Cranston; cherished grandchildren Nicholas and Christopher Barone of Cranston; sister Valentina Giarrusso of Cranston.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Friday December 11th at 11:00 a.m. in St. Bartholomew’s Church, Providence. Visiting hours and burial will be private.
