October 1, 1965 — April 20, 2022

Onorato Paul Sciarra, III

56, of Cranston, passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2022.  Born in Providence, he was the son of Onorato Paul Sciarra, Jr. of Cranston, and the late Jo-Ann (Santagata) Sciarra, sister to Jessica Rhodes of Florida.

After his career in banking, Paul dedicated his life to caring for his father and devoted himself St. Mary Church.  Throughout his entire life, he held an unwavering faith in God, which he shared with those who surrounded him.  Always available to lend a hand.  When not working, Paul loved to travel with his father to Disneyland.

Now that Paul has passed into the arms of our Lord, we should remind ourselves that while this is the end of Paul’s physical life on Earth, it’s the beginning of an eternal and beautiful journey for him.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, May 5th at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston.  Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS are Wednesday, May 4th from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Mary Church mass of intentions for Paul and the souls of the departed.
